We invite you to participate in a wide range of events lined up this month.

19:00 - 20:30hrs

Yoga with Lotte

The yin yoga classes will consist of a short meditation and only a few poses followed by a laying down relaxation. All yin yoga poses are long-held, passive poses which offer a deeper stretch into the connective tissues . Each pose invites you to really feel what is going on inside you and to find stillness within. This makes yin yoga a meditative and grounding practice, a great antidote for our day to day young life.

Grief & Writing

By using small creative writing exercises, we will express our stories of grief, give voice to our sadness or pen down our warm memories of loved ones. This can be healing on its own. You can then share your experiences and advice with others as well as learn from them. As everyone deals with grief differently, this can lead to new ideas.

In this workshop you get a safe space to write, while we will share our personal stories.
The workshop is planned every last Sunday of the month for 2024. You can join in any time, and the sessions stand on their own: you can join once, or multiple times.

Lost a Parent Support

[This activity is atm in Dutch, but if you are an international student and would like to join, please be welcome and contact Marloes]

Yin Yoga

Wiebke is a certified Yin Yoga teacher that we had the pleasure to meet a few days ago. After a trial with her, we were fully relaxed in our bodies and mind to the point that someone even said we would need 100 times of yin yoga a month!
Yin Yoga is a gentle yoga practice that focuses on passive and long-held stretches. Through these slow and mindful movements we try to connect deeply to our breath and body, thereby finding a balance between effort and ease.
