Spirituality

We invite you to participate in a wide range of events lined up this month.

Spectrum creates space for students to explore big life questions, faith, spirituality, meaning, and our inner world.

Through conversations, shared readings, silence, reflective activities, and discussions inspired by different religious, spiritual, and philosophical traditions, we invite students to look beyond the purely practical sides of daily life. We ask questions about how we want to live, what gives life meaning, how we relate to others, and what may exist beyond the visible world. We do not aim to provide one single answer, but to create a space of openness, curiosity, and trust. Spectrum also offers student chaplaincy, with a team of people from various backgrounds, including Buddhist, liberal and Protestant traditions. With listening ears and an open heart, we walk beside students as they explore their own beliefs, doubts, and values.

Example of activities: Retreat; Taize prayers and meetings; Yoga; Qigong workshop; Forest bathing; Meditation; Co-regulation session; Drum and meditation; Ayurveda workshop; Passionweek Lunchtalks; Philosophical discussion
