We are organising a week about self compassion!
Daily, a video and exercise regarding self love will be shared. Each day, there will be a different speaker with their own experience, explaining a topic and an exercise for you. In total, this will take you about 20 minutes per day. After seven days, we will be holding an online meeting to finish the week and share your experience.

Date(s): First video will be available on the 14th of February. The online meeting will be held on the 21st of February.
