She will first give you an overview of the research of Martin Seligman, Sonja Lyubomirsky, Amit Sood and others. Then, she will turn the theory above into practical tools.
We will do some assignments related to the topics to give you more insights in your personal life and/or to help you improving PERMA in your daily life.
18-19 we start with a meal(optional).
19-21 Happiness training
